would usually require a visit from where we are, saving time and
travel expenses and at a working rate below our standard fees.

requires an agent on the system at "your end"; this
is secure, manageable and easy to install and can be sent via
email or on a single floppy disk. Or, if you prefer, we can manage
the installations to ensure that security of your existing set-up
is not compromised.
This
allows us to:
- View
your PC and servers to monitor activity via remote access
- Conduct
a remote control session and operate a remote customer's PC
- Upload
files for analysis, or download and apply software patches
- Restore
a remote user's PC to a previously working configuration *requires
system restore
