Remote Support

Synergic UK can support your Windows based computers as well as certain routers and switches without having to leave our office or inturrupting your business.

Using leading edge technology software we can fix most problems that would usually require a visit from where we are, saving time and travel expenses and at a working rate below our standard fees.

This requires an agent on the system at "your end"; this is secure, manageable and easy to install and can be sent via email or on a single floppy disk. Or, if you prefer, we can manage the installations to ensure that security of your existing set-up is not compromised.

This allows us to:

  • View your PC and servers to monitor activity via remote access
  • Conduct a remote control session and operate a remote customer's PC
  • Upload files for analysis, or download and apply software patches
  • Restore a remote user's PC to a previously working configuration *requires system restore

ADSL or Leased line connectivity is recommended for all remote support, but can be used with dial-up
