Our commitment is to satisfy our customers' expectations and provide added value to our products and services where possible, this is done with the individual participation and teamwork of all our people.


Our approach to Quality Assurance is based on our people.

Synergic UK Ltd is a small company, which has evolved in a competitive environment though the efforts of its employees who are highly motivated, skilled and trusted. With this flexibility comes a collective responsibility for quality and the opportunity to nominate individuals to particular roles within a team working on any particular contract.

Each Synergic person understands our goals and processes. Therefore we try to give them the freedom to make important decisions. Our team are responsible, create and competent - they are the driving force behind our innovative solutions. We all work to ensure that our products and services meet our customer's requirements and expectations.

We do not believe in hierarchical structures and bureaucratic procedures but we do employ the PRINCE2 Project Management methodology where required. Our internal processes are flexible and adaptable to changing needs. Through continuous analysis and measurement, we are able to assess the control the level of quality.

At Synergic we work as a team to adapt our processes to meet the dynamics of a changing marketplace. At all times our team do their utmost to make sure that we maintain and enhance our ability to communicate and cooperate with one another and with our customers.
