Synergic
UK Ltd is a small company, which has evolved in a competitive
environment though the efforts of its employees who are highly
motivated, skilled and trusted. With this flexibility comes a
collective responsibility for quality and the opportunity to nominate
individuals to particular roles within a team working on any particular
contract.

Synergic person understands our goals and processes. Therefore

do not believe in hierarchical structures and bureaucratic procedures
but we do employ the PRINCE2 Project Management methodology where
required. Our internal processes are flexible and adaptable to
changing needs. Through continuous analysis and measurement, we
are able to assess the control the level of quality.
