Synergic UK Ltd in the community
A community
investment program is a business necessity and not just a nice
'add on' activity. When deciding on what community areas to support
we look to the social benefit that our activities can provide
based on the key skills that the company and our employees have
to offer. It requires the same standards of excellence that the
money making side of our business offers and it is project
managed just as professionally.
By getting
involved in the community program our employees at all levels
feel motivated and proud about their jobs, their lives and the
impact they make on the local community. This in turn makes them
happier at work so the company benefits and it develops many personal
qualities.
As we are
only a small business we are limited to what we can do. We aim
to support at least one major hands-on project per year, while
also supporting several other projects through the provision of
services that Synergic UK Ltd provides.
Rugby
in the Community
This year
we are working with grassroots rugby to bring our expertise in
sports related
Video Analysis to small, local, youth teams. For the
first part of the 2006/07 season we will be working with a single
club before looking to offer other local clubs the same opportunities.
More information on this to come as the season draws closer.
